Heads up. There's a $15 HSN promo card for 420 points. They have some video games, including some stuff that might work out to possibly free or little cash spend. Never dealt with them before, so no idea if it requires a cc info or the promo card covers shipping or what have you.

(And a sidenote, one of the $4.95 Wii clearance games had flex plan enabled so you could pay $2.47 at a time.)

kay so arctic home is back this year,so far there's no flash game were you can earn MCR points but there are rewards you can get using your points,one noticable one is if you donate 1000 points to arctic home you get a 5 dollar subway card.

anyone do this yet? What if I have more then 1 rewards account? How do I know which one it gets deposited into.

You get an email with a code and you apply it yourself.

Thanks for posting but it was stolen by thankless mooch. As a suggestion, maybe next time you could pick someone's post from the thread at random and PM them the code. That's certainly to be more appreciated than the leeches that just take posted codes without so much as a thank you.

Same here. I cashed in for $125 in Best Buy gift cards last year well as a few others.

I need to get a magazine sub for 200 points, so if someone knows of any codes floating around the next, please let me know via PM. I seem to recall seeing some code for 25 free points before (which would get me started), and then make sure I start saving these instead of tossing them like I always did before.

It has a lot of restrictions, and I remember correctly, it can't be used like a normal GC. It won't retain a leftover balance or something like that. In short, whoever thinks about biting on this, consider reading the fine print first.

I've used restaurant.com before and in most cases you'll need to shell out an additional amount to use them. For example, if you buy a $50 giftcard to your local eatery the restriction is that the bill needs to be over $75 and they add gratuity. For the most part if you're planning to go there anyways you will save some money.

Yep, I've bought a few of them for local restaurants when they've been on sale. I used to find a coupon code about once a month where you'd get an 80% discount on their certificates so I'd buy $25 ones for like $5. I think the last one I used for Margarita's restaurant required that you spend at least $35 on your bill to get the $25 off (I don't think alcohol counted towards the total) and they automatically added an 18% gratuity.

I typically use them when we go out to eat with friends. We get everything on one bill so we hit the required total and then we just split the tab after the discount.
