Also adding gwill*10 because he purchased my SW: FU PS3 new game and then emailed me to change his mind and filed a claim. fortunately i have not yet shipped it. i know he's new and may deserve benefit of the doubt, but he's in japan and its safer to block it i think.
edit: i'm gonna tell you to block byteme909 as well since basically he only leaves neutral feedback recently and expects me to purchase a box from the USPS to ship a game (I always ship padded envelope). I'll handle this one transaction with him and use a box I can find at home but after this, I dont want to deal with him.

I wouldn't be worried. I've sold to people with zero feedback in the past and they turned out to be delightful. They even left positive feedback shortly after the order, something some other buyers won't even take a minute out to do.

Claims they misunderstood the contents of my auction (thought it was for Reach when ODST is clearly pictured and described) and of course is refusing to pay.
Please note that this person is selling DS Lites. Fake ones to be exact I already reported this to eBay but wanted to let you guys know since I made the mistake of buying a DS Lite from this person.

New user that registered the same day he bought my game. I sold NBA 2k10 to him, he gave me my first negative in 11 years because there apparently is a bug in the game since they took down the 2k10 servers that freezes the game when it automatically tries to log into them when you first start up the game. He claimed I sold him a defective copy and left me a negative without even contacting me and declined to do a revision of the feedback I sent to him along with a plea to contact me and tell me what the problem was. He never contacted me, nut rather wrote a review in the reviews section of the game, calling me a scammer and that I sold crap that didn't work and that the game froze. I then googled NBA 2k10 Xbox freezing and within 1 minute found what the problem was.
I then linked him to numerous articles about the bug (that I knew nothing about until after I sold the game, otherwise I would have never sold it) and he then wanted to amend his feedback, but it was too late because only one feedback revision request per transaction is allowed and he declined it instead of trying to communicate like an actual person and instantly left me negative feedback calling me a scammer (yes, 11 years and 287 positives just so I could run a scam for a $14 NBA game on codywalt21). Oh well. 11 years of 100% perfect feedback down the drain.
He also said I shipped slow. He bought it on Saturday, the 23rd of October. It was first attempted to be delivered to a PO Box across the country on Wednesday the 27th...4 days. For whatever reason, the post office left a notice of attempted delivery and available for pickup (probably didn't fit in the PO Box or something). They then attempted to deliver it again on the 1st of Nov. Not my fault he couldn't read the notice and didn't go pick up his package. First attempted delivery was 4 DAYS after purchase on a Saturday. Yeah, real slow.
Got one for you though the incident was some time ago I never forgot and verified the ID through paypal. But this woman bought Wolfenstein off me on E-Bay I shipped the game out with tracking information and verified that the # said it was delivered. About a month later she files a claim against me trying to get the money back claiming she never got it a month after the items tracking info said it was delivered so that was one big long headache. I don't know what you would classify that under but her E-Bay ID is pa_nurse and I know it's still valid because I just checked.
I always do Buy It Now sales partially to avoid this. If you have paypal + do Buy It Now sales theres an option to require immediate payment. It's ing beautiful. I got absolutely sick and tired of waiting on people to pay just hoping they ever would.
