My man Maurice brought this with him to dinner before he returned to Hong Kong. He was very proud of his find, saying he can only find one of these every few years.

This is supposed to be CAG. That's not cheap at all. :( I was hoping that extra zero was a typo.

Is the disc made out of gold or something?

This being 2007, I'm surprised you can even find any of these sealed at all.

How do we know it isn't resealed? I'd be more comfortable with the $219 used copy.

No, it's just one of the rarer Saturn titles due to the low amount that were printed and how overly sought it is.

If only I knew. Electronics Boutique store around here sold this and a handful of other saturn imports. They sat there and sat there. Eventually the game was clearanced out for $30-40, something like that. Still passed. Ugh.

- I kick myself every once in a while too. I had a chance to buy it at Chinatown in NY when if first came out. Instead, I bought a couple of REALLY crappy DVD's. Of course, I didn't know they were crap at the time.

With the way Japanese Saturn games were sealed, that is a VERY valid question. Personally, I wouldn't pay $500 for a sealed Cotton, much less RS. Then again, I've never been that huge of a treasure fan.

Too bad shipping kills the deal... and the fact that, you know, it's $500 and all.

How many copies printed? Like 3 or something?

So $500 is a steal? I'd expect it to be gone by now if it's such a stellar deal.

I'm surprised anyone would pay $500 for a game, but then again I recently saw an eBay auction for a Yugioh card go over $2500.

it's a really good game but 500 bucks is a lot of money for a possibly resealed game

Ah, so this really is a sealed copy? As amazing as the price and rarity of sealed Radiant Silverguns are, I'm even more blown away by the fact that some rich douche eventually buys one.

And I say douche because what the hell does someone do with this after they buy it? They can't open it and enjoy it as that will kill the value...no, they have to hold on to it and hope it increases in collectibility or just let it sit there in a glass case in some climate-controlled environment, never to see the natural light of day again.

I honestly don't see what's so wrong about this. If they bought it, they should do whatever they want with it.

And if this were $200 less, I'd find a way to buy it.

There's nothing wrong with it, but only rich douches would buy it.
