Ubisoft released four free games, which are ad-supported. Thankfully, the ads are only in the menus, and do not interfere. They are retail-version fully patched, and contain multiplayer, etc.

I don't recall Ghost Recon ever working. These games were advertised as "Starting September 1st". I'm hoping it's a temporary problem.

EDIT: Gamer's Hell has Ghost Recon up for grabs. Not sure if it works, though. Some asshole neighbor kid is eating up all of my bandwitdth, so I can only download at 18kbps :(

Farcry has Ads when you start up the game, and almost everytime it loads a new place. Plus, multiplayer doesn't work, since it askes me for a CD key, and well, I DONT HAVE ONE

It's rumored that Far Cry is going to be patched up so that it doesn't require a CD key for MP anymore. Anyone else heard this?

So ing Cool: I've got the same problem. Sometimes it's just that the server, for whatever reason, stops the download halfway through.

Others: I heard it from a friend. I guess it's just a rumor, though.

Actually I haven't seen any ad at all. I think it's because I blocked FarCry.exe from connecting to the internet with my firewall.
