I have a a Fatal Frame 1 (PS2) with no manual for giveaway. It is an ex-rental, and has a few stickers on the top of the disc. There is also a tear about 1x2 inches on the back insert in the bottom left corner. The game itself plays fine, asking $5 to cover shipping (priority with DC). PM me if you are interested.

If it's one of the two month codes, I'm pretty sure they're -only- for new accounts. This is assuming they're the ones that came with Live enabled games like Halo 2.

I had one that came with Advent Rising and I couldn't get it to work. I'm assuming because it expired several years ago.
