Unintelligent and not funny, no matter how hot she is.

This ad is no different than if a celebrity made a video bashing Obama because he is black. Discrimination based on age or race is unacceptable and inappropriate.

Ageism (admittedly in the other direction) is accepted, even law, when choosing a president.
 
Meh, discriminating against someone by age because of an assumption of an inability to do their job is bad. More relevant than race though, depending on the job. McCain's age isn't relevant to his ability it's relevant to the fact that he could die in office.

McCain supporters have shown us they probably don't care about that since it's ok to hate Arabs (pronounced Ay Rabs) and Muslims. They're apparently all terrorists and/or incapable of being "good, family people". So it's ok to just stereotype and lump people together.

I know, I don't really have that much of a problem with it. Besides the only bad thing she said about him related to being old was the horse thing. The rest of it was just that he's like an older version of Bush.

I was just responding to the people who were talking about it. His age isn't entirely irrelevant whereas Obama's race is.
 
I personally think Mccain's age is an issue. Aside from the fact that he is 72 (the average male life expectancy in the United States), he has already had cancer 5 times and is not in fantastic health. Cancer takes a toll on the body and is likely to relapse in the future. The Presidency is also a VERY high stress job that ages people quickly (look at the before and after pictures of Bill Clinton and George Bush...they seem to age 3X faster than normal). Mccain already seems a little senile in my opinion. He old man with a bad temper who doesn't take kindly to opposition. The stress of the office could easily push him over the edge and I think there is a good chance he will die in office within a few years, leaving us with President Palin...a truly terrifying thought.

For the record, I am a McCain supporter and make no blanket assumptions about Middle-Easterners or Muslims.

In her defense, she's very good at reciting lines wherein the meaning she doesn't actually understand, so she might not have known that she was being an idiot.

I'm not a 100 percent sure, but im willing to bet that Heroes has some sort of demographic made up of young children. If not, then it just makes her more sexy.
