As detailed in CAG Foreplay Podcast #31, CAG terpkristin was kind enough to donate a brand new copy of Phoenix Wright: Trials & Tribulations for the Nintendo DS.

Listen to the show for details on how to win (or just copy the trend that you see forming of those that actually listened)! Winner will be announced on the next CAG Foreplay.

Good luck everyone and thanks again, terpkristin!

Lindsey McDonald from Angel.

Hopefully not putting any spoilers in, I like the fact that he was literally an evil lawyer. Also, his story in the last season is a nice counterpoint to the Bad-Guy-Is-Now-Good-Because-He-Said-He-Is cliche.

Without a doubt, Lionel Hutz.

Why? Well he's a ridiculously funny character and was voiced by one of my favorite comedians.

Perry Mason (because Raymond Burr was an obese, smoking Stanford graduate).

She Hulk is my favorite.

Because not only is the character funny (current comic is has some great funny scenes in it) but she can also punch a whole through a wall and can go toe to toe with the Hulk in a fist fight

Atticus Finch from To Kill a Mockingbird. His name is bad ass, and above all he is the greatest lawyer ever.

And tied for First. Cliff McCormack of Veronica Mars fame....'cause he is funny and from one of the greatest t.v. shows ever.

Lionel Hutz is a great answer, but I'm going to go with Vincent ‘Vinny’ LaGuardia Gambini from "My Cousin Vinny". I probably wouldn't like that movie now, but it was pretty funny when I saw it.

damn; lionenal hutz is taken. er.... how about that other purple-haired ''serious'' lawyer in the simpsons?

My favorite: The Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer from SNL by the late, great Phil Hartman.

Matlock, he has a kickass theme song, wins his cases with style and loves eating hotdogs.

I'm thinking Harvey Birdman could be the best.

+5 points for mentioning Matlock and his theme.

For me I'd probably pick the Birdman, I never watched the show until this past weekend after playing through the Wii game. Entertaining stuff.

I'm going to go with Jackie DiNorscio from the movie Find Me Guilty (played by Vin Diesel with hair!). He represents himself in court, and the movie is based on a real story, but I'm sure that counts, lol. Anyways, he tells the most inappropriate jokes and stories during the court. It's a pretty good movie, and I don't say that often (probably because I don't watch movies often, lol).

Matt Murdock aka Daredevil. A lawyer who occasionally wins. Oh yeah and he has superpowers.

Lionel Hutz, everthing with the Simpsons is pretty awesome. Except the video gams.

Jack McCoy from Law & Order

I've been watching him for years on the show and I'm glad he got the head DA job this season hehe.
