for all you gamers near san jose, gamestop is opening up a new tournament center in 3 hrs. it’s supposed to have a huge stage, networked plasmas, and other cool stuff. they're hosting a call of duty 4 tournament and grand opening celebration. they'll have free pizza and they're giving away 300 bucks to the winner.

Seems like late nights.

I played Guitar Hero 3 and Forza 2 there with my girlfriend when I went to pick up Beautiful Katamari the other day. That place is amazing.

Wow!!! That's awesome... I have 4 GS next to my house, but sadly no tourney places. :(

i was there not too long ago, the stage is pretty cool, this store is the biggest gs i've ever been to.

This GS is closest to my house. My 2 year old runs straight on to the stage every time I go there. It's pretty cool. However, the used same selection is just like any other GS.

It's very cool, not as cool as the old VS. System Pro Circuit feature stage (a mockup of Dr. Doom's Time Platform with oversized Wolverine and Sabretooth statues hanging overhead and plasma TV's showing the score of the matches) but still very nice for Gamestop.

It'll probably be a cold day down under before something like that comes to St. Louis.
