Due to a large increase in the number of inquiries submitted recently, unfortunately, we had gotten backed up in answering inquiries. Future correspondence will return to normal response times.

As there were a limited amount of games being released in March, the titles were being released in March were included in the February update and there was no March update.

The next update will be the April update will occur within the next week and include items that are set to be released in April.

It's good to see that they recognize there's been a problem with communication and fulfillment lately... but I'd rather they fix it than apologize for it.

Also, it's been almost 48 hours since I did FreeCreditReport.com, and no credit yet. Darn. I'd really like to get a Rock Band guitar order in before they come out April 1...

Rofl I ordered Orange Box February 28th and still nothing here. Oh well, I asked for them to send another copy so...

Again for the 50th time, it is very possible they ordered it already. All you can do is wait to see. People (including myself) have reported early orders on prerelease titles. Basically, if you receive it on the 26th, they preordered it.

I have RSV2 ordered as well and its still on shipping soon. It's due to be shipped tomorrow, but Im not holding my breath considering Trainn's consistency, or lack there of, recently.

Yay! I finally got GH3, though I probably haven't been waiting as long as some people. I got a shipping email on 3/5 and received this morning before I woke up. Why does DHL deliver at 5:00am? Anyway, they left it on my porch and a portion of the box was pushed in at the top. Game appears to be ok, but i'll have to test when I get home.

I got a Guitar Hero 3 bundle yesterday. Unfortunately, I had ordered Rock Band. wtf?

I had ordered the GH3 bundle on 2/28, but then cancelled it the next day for RB. I'm wondering if RB will come within the next few days and I'm getting both on accident.

Trainn responded to my Mass Effect email, saying UPS should deliver it today. (Though they seemed to ignore my MCR. )

WTF is up with Autovantage/Great Fun/Complete Home. Great Fun worked fine when I signed up for GH3, but I've tried BOTH complete home and autovantage today, and when I submit the information I just get a blank screen with "Error" in the title bar. I haven't received any email from either company yet. I noticed someone else had a similar problem earlier in the thread. Is this something on my side or theirs?

BTW, I saw the GH3 commercial on TV last night and just busted out laughing at the sight of Slash jamming out on a ukulele. For some reason I don't think that commercial does anything other than make the Rock Band guitar look a whole lot better (aesthetically, i mean).

Cyb3-rr, the solution to your problem has been said a few times in this thread already.

Just use a different e-mail and credit card.

Just wanted to add on that after going through the trial on FreeCreditReport.com I decided to cancel and the process was very painless. There were some additional offers during the phone call, but the person I talked to was very nice and the whole thing was pretty pleasant.

For those that decide FreeCreditReport.com isn't for them, hopefully you can look forward to a similar experience.

Received Lost Odyssey from UPS today, my first item received from YF360G!

I want to do a couple more offers to get Condemned 2, but I'm not sure which I'd like to do. Preferrably things that I could actually use for the trial period and cancel online (did Gamefly and Blockbuster for Lost Odyssey).
