Target in Burbank, CA has about 20 copies of The Orange Box for PS3 at $29.99. Wow. Also Lair at $29.99 - might want to grab it once the new control patch comes out.

What is the in-store DPCI for Lair? The one on the web site is different.

BTW the Jefferson City MO Target is out of Lair. Stranglehold on 360 is now 14.XX.

I don't have the game, so I don't know for sure, but all the reports I read said patch for Lair would come out the 17th. Man, I'd really like to check that game out, but with the bad reviews, I don't think I'll bite at $30. My local Target just marked it down to $41.98 today and only have like 2 copies. There's a Target down the road that has it at $29.98, but only 1-2 copies left. I'm afraid it'll be gone by the next drop, but I guess I'll just have to live without (probably a good idea considering my backlog and the money I've spent lately).

Simpsons (360): $12.48 - I bought their only copy, to keep
Lair (PS3): $41.98 - 2 copies left
Orange Box (PS3): $41.98 - 2 copies left

And, did not drop, but were still sitting on the clearance endcap:
NBA 07 (PS3) : $14.98 - 2 copies

Don't even know if any CAGs ever hit the Denton store, but thought I'd be detailed just in case.

So my Target has The Simpsons game behind the glass still marked for $35 and Viva Pinata Party Animals also behind the glass still marked at $25. I'm wondering if they've been lazy and not changed the stickers on the clearance games behind the glass or if my store is just really slow at marking them down.

I can confirm Naruto (360) is now $14
Simpsons for the 360 was the $12 price point at my closest target.

Also, the Tiger Woods 08 I picked up orange-clearance tagged- at the $29 pp- was no longer clearance tagged?

Ps3 titles OB, Lair, Simpson's, Motorstorm held at $29 here. All f1's, NBA07s and $14 titles were gone.

Buy 5 Pepsi product fridge-packs for $15 and get a free $5 target GC for a great Pepsi Points and game clearance buying combo.

I think I may use the $5 Coupon and the $5 free GC to just go ahead and get Lair for $19, as it is now down to about 2 copies per store.

It was enough to prompt me to get the 360 version.

Lair has a $5 Pricegrabber rebate (or had, when I grabbed one earlier) as well.

I've been curious enough about this title that $29.98 - $5 coupon - $5 PG was my breaking point to buy it... it seems fairly rare at various Targets around here, not sure it'll survive to $14.98.

I'm not sure what the hell he was talking about, but he started going on saying "yea, I think that comes out next week". I told the lady "it's been out for almost a year, so you're probably just OOS".

Why is it that only the dumbest employees have information to share? I've gone into Gamestops with employees that swore if you open an xbox 360, the processors would break, Best Buys with employees that swear there's no difference between a DVD+R and a DVD-R, and Wal-marts & Staples' where employees don't know store policy.

I also just remembered about 3 months ago there was a lady and her son looking to buy a Xbox 360. I informed her that if she went across the street to Best Buy, she'd get one that came with 2 free games, and could also collect points for her reward zone if she was a member. Perhaps that's why the main electronics guy is such a douche to me.... or he's prejudiced
