Yikes - Nintendo sure likes to price their DS games high

Looks like there will be a sale on Rainbow Six Vegas 2 (360 shown in D/FW ad) for $39.99. Somehow I can't help shake the feeling this is going to turn out just like last year when Assassin's Creed came out...a dozen plus people waiting, maybe half a dozen copies instock.
