Just going to help Goomba out and give everyone a heads up about the coming weeks. Black Friday will be taking place at the end of the month (the U.S. version of Boxing Day). This means Goomba's orders will surge for a few weeks and there may be more of a delay in turnaround time due to this.

Please keep this in mind when ordering, as the mail will only slow down more between now and the holidays.

Also, here is the 2010 USPS shipping deadline guide for those of you looking to get items in time for Christmas.

Nah, I'm not angry. I'm not at all the kind of person who holds grudges. Out of frustration I went a bit far with the insults myself, but it is very cool of you to post this - I've never seen anybody on the Internet EVER be so thoroughly able to reflect on their own selves in such a manner, not treating it like a battle that must be won at all costs (a lot of people seem to throw around arguments that THEY don't even seem convinced of, simply in order to not appear as if conceding) and it wasn't exactly my first e-argument

And I'd be lying if I said I believed myself capable of doing the same thing to such a complete extent... so it's clear that you're far from being a bad person.

I notice GYROS includes PF orders now. I placed a PF order a week ago (cordless phones - order #851851222) and still haven't seen it go up yet. Just wondering if everything is okay and you received it alright, as other orders that I placed 2 days previous went up on the new GYROS almost immediately (same day I think), so it seemed a bit odd.

And, just to avoid confusion on my other orders. I placed another PF order recently for three games from Amazon (#1332939987) on the 5th. I canceled that order with Amazon, so you can just remove that order on your end as well. However, I JUST placed another Amazon.com PF order with you today - a preorder for Dragon Age 2 Bioware Signature Edition (order #1389808148), which has not been canceled, so please don't confuse the two.

Hopefully I made that straightforward enough... hard to tell looking at your own writing sometimes. Let me know if anything needs clarification

I'm in the process of ordering a pair of shoes at endless.com, they ask for a phone number apart from your PF address. Should I use my number or do you have one for me that I can put down there? I also emailed you this on the GFC mailto. Ordering it is somewhat urgent because I have about less than a day, the sale and free shipping might end.

Which method do you prefer when contacting you? Thanks!

Hi so I looked around in the forum, I stumbled upon someone asking the same question and got a reply saying they can just put their own phone number in the form. So I entered my number instead.

I hope that's fine, I had to order it since they were running out of stock. It was the last pair. If anything, the item won't get shipped right away; there's an option for me to change info if needed. Thanks!

Wow lots of posts. I've been working the last 4 days at the casino so I didn't realize there was so much activity here. As you can see the GYROS page is really moving (just check out the "SHIPPED" tab at the bottom to see all the things we've sent out this week alone. Here's some quick comments:

forbiddenx, probably not much. Probably about $6 or so for a couple bags if we ship them in a cardboard packaging. That is, if they sell the same ones around where I live (or if you know where to order them online). For a more exact estimate you can use our Direct Request form on our website and estimate the weight accordingly

gsrce, got the note thanks I'm doing my next pickup on Wednesday so I'll let you know once I have all your items. Thanks again. It sucks that I missed out on that sale..it was tempting!

Firestorm, yeah you're right. Black Friday is usually a nightmarishly busy time for us The thing is, CAG doesn't want us to clog up the messageboards with lots of threads so we typically keep things in here. I'm looking into having our own forums on GFC but that probably won't happen in time for BF sales. In any case I'll do my best to automate as much as I can this year ^_^;;

emjaymj, yes we now include all PF's on the GYROS page. Due to weight estimates and such we typically don't list items on there though until we've physically picked up and verified the items. So if it doesn't show up it on the list it generally means we don't have it yet. We will be doing our next pickup though this Wednesday and will update accordingly. I spend a few hours each day adding in new orders and at least 1 day a week where I stay home from my "normal" jobs to spend all day processing/shipping. So I'll be sure to update your orders once we have them in. Thanks again for the clarification of your items I'll try to straighten it all out ^_^.

Hey Goomba, the modder just informed me that he has received the stick! I was just wondering how it would cost for shipping (since you do it alot and the modder is kind of unsure).

Captainkishimoto, the stick looks BEAUTIFUL (seriously...I'm in love with it just from the packaging alone. I'm soooooo jealous and the fact you're getting it modded further makes it even cooler). Thanks a bunch ReaperSpirit so glad you got it! We've really come a long way with tinkering with our service but I think the current system is the best we've had to date. Orders have been moving along really smoothly without any sort of backlog or delay and I'm really happy to see more positive responses coming our way again ^_^. Once we figure out how to automate our prepayment system, then we'll truly be complete.
