Yep... Though I haven't played/listened to the songs for a while, so I don't know many of them.

It's okay... I only know like 8 of the songs on there, and half of that of which I can actually sing well!

Do players both need to own a song to play?

The having to pay extra to upgrade your already bought songs to work with SingStar Dance is weaksauce tho.

You know what would be silly? If they only allowed online battles with PS3 discs and Singstore DLC (ie. barring PS2 disc-based battles due to "copyright").

I agree, but any update to what I thought was "dead in the water" (at least here in the states) is great news!! I was afraid the US would get burned as usual.

Same here. When I couldn't access the Singstore a few days ago, I thought Sony had finally given up and pulled the plug on support for the US.

I just purchased a PS3 and got Singstar. I joined the CAG club and was interested in meeting new CAG friends/battling (currently have ABBA, SS2 and Queen discs) and generally having fun. Feel free to add me.

Wolfie, I don't have SS1 yet. I'm in the market for a cheap copy though. I have some DLC as well. I'll send you a msg next time ur on and see if we can compare songs. I did just import SS Motown and am waiting for my copy.

hahahaha. SS1 is the only PS3 version i have. i actually just picked up another copy at Wal-Mart canada because it was only $20 with mics. don't even know why I bothered. i have like 3 sets of mics already. I need to buy some DLC now that battles are all the rage. not even sure I could sell this online with the shipping cost it's probably not worth it.

The only PS2 ones I"m missing are Popv2, Motown and Disney. (and Country)

Hey guys, I just data transferred my account from my old phat ps3 to my new ff13 lightning slim. Unfortunately none of my singstar dlc transferred (although they still show up in my download history).

Hopefully one of you singstar experts can help me. Which number do I call to retrieve my lost dlc? Also is there anything special I should be saying that would help my cause when I speak with the rep? Short of "hey there's a benjamin for you in the mail if you help me out." Thanks guys!

You need to call Sony at the number listed here:

Tell them that you got a new PS3 and that you need to transfer over the songs. The rep should then put in a request and I think it takes a week on their end to activate the licenses on your new PS3. Haven't done it myself but I think that is how people do it.

If you bought songs from the UK store, it is possible to move them but more difficult, as you might expect.
