So I'm thinking this might be of use to the forums - I was at Target yesterday and saw about 87 copies of the GC version of the last Zelda game for twentysomething bucks. Not a great deal, but they had TONS - and it got me thinking...how about we have a thread where large quantities of clearance games are listed - and we set a fixed price w/ shipping for those kind enough to offer to pick some up for other CAGs.

Here's the proposal:

Price of game (after tax) + shipping + a small 'travel' fee.

I'm not suggesting anybody make a big profit off this stuff - this really should be more of a "CAGs stick together - you scratch my back, I've got yours!" kind of system. And if you're making one trip to pick up 5-10 copies, that 'travel' fee gets diluted.

Comments? Suggestions?

I'll start it off - Target in Woburn, MA had the following:

~6 copies of NBA '08 for the PS3 for $14.99
~25 copies of Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princes for GC for $25ish (can't recall)

i would be interested in folklore/ninja gaiden sigma/orange box if anyone sees those on clearance

Lets also propose people abuse the $5 off toy coupons or the $10 off xbox 360 games.

sounds good - and let's keep requests off - this is really the "I saw game X, anybody want one" thread - not a request thread...

This is pretty much what the master trades...trade your ____ thread is for. No one really uses those much though. I wouldn't mind this being stickied.

I request a sticky for tihs- this is such a good idea that it should go in the Master List with the other big lists.

Also, just PM people if they have an item you want, instead of replying. Just to keep things less cluttered.

This is a great idea - I did this when Elebits was clearanced, and it worked out great.

This would be a great thread for the penny guides. I only have one best buy that has a few every now and then. I cant ever get a hold of the ones anywhere else. Ill definitely contribute to this thread next time I see something.
