thanks op, got mass effect. I wish i would have waited to get DMC 4, as i paid 40 for the LE when it was on amazon deal of the day a few weeks ago and haven't unwrapped it. Oh well...

i'm temped to get assassin's creed... but i played about an hour of it at a friend's house and really didn't enjoy it.

I know what you mean-I'm getting kinda sick of games that have a lot of tough spots or force you to do a lot of repetitive tasks. I get enough of that at my 9 to 5. That being said DMC4 for $20 is a steal.

Anybody know if Unreal Tournament 3 is a good deal at 17.99 on PS3 or is it worth it at full price on the 360 when it comes out later this summer?

How's the online activity now on PS3 with this game?

Controls are great once you get the hang of them. Story isn't great.

Assassin's Creed is one of those games you just have to play for yourself. It's a total hit or miss.

Blacksite...for those that are not sure....updates have fixed many of the problems early reviews had of the game. Runs a lot better now. Worth the money....

sweet just bought dmc4 on xbox, thanks OP and Cheapy! after playing the NGII demo i don't know how entertaining this will be though.

Now I need a little more convincing to snag Stranglehold as well.

He's asking about 6 months from now. EA games can drop like a rock and are sale fodder. That being said, it was worth $12.99 for me on Burnout to bite. Everybody says this in every GF thread, but remember that they didn't use cardboard protectors for a while and some of those discs got pretty beat up, especially on the edges. Are those out of the system now?

I think the only way you are guaranteed near-mint is if you get it at release, don't delude yourself too much. Having the case and manual mint is worth something though, not that saying it is better than GS is saying much . . . if I let my 5 week old have the box and disc it would come out better than most of GS's crap.
