Some people are saying that their orders are getting filled through BB. Might be worth a shot... I don't know. It is $20 there, but "backordered".

I've been wondering about that. The anticipation builds....

Forget about ordering one from Best Buy. I ordered TWICE from them (and let me clarify that on both occasions, the game was not listed as being "BACKORDERED"), and I never got it. The first time they cancelled my order after not being able to fill it for well over a month, the second, it supposedly was "lost in the mail," and a replacement never came. On top of that, they made me jump through hoops just to get my money back. UGH...

Anyways, I eventually got my copy off of eBay for $19, and unlike BB, I received it two days after paying for it. Now that's bliss...

It sort of seems like there has been a new run of this game. Seems like many that were sold out before now have it in stock.

Ordered my $20 copy from BB on 3/11, it shipped on 3/12 and arrived on my doorstep on 3/17. I have heard that this is on backorder again so it sounds like I may have been at the right place at the right time.

I would take a look at B&M stores like GS and EB. Speaking of Ikaruga, I need to pick it up soon...

gamestop liked the GCN version better. They scored it 3tenths of a point higher(8.5 to 8.8)

The Dreamcast version is closer to the arcade version, slowdowns included... but they are actually just a part of the game if you ask me.

I have usually directed people to BestBuy, $19, and everyone has recieved their copy!

Good luck finding a copy for you!

There would seem to be a 15 dollar copy on the deal forum. Check it out if you still haven't gotten it.

I would suggest paying that $4 more to get a brand new copy...

To me it seems very stupid to try to save 4 dollars by buying a used copy instead of a brand new one.

Both my friend and I ordered Ikaruga from Best Buy (on separate occasions). After we ordered it, we each saw that it had changed to bakordered status. We waited a little while, and they did ship it.
