Freaking loved the demo, will be buying it day one. Controls feel much better on PS3 rather than the 360, so I will be getting it on PS3.

I don't remember but doesn't the PS3 and 360 each have it's own exclusive Mirror's Edge DLC?

I believe exclusive DLC for PS3, none for 360.

Picked up the Time Trial code for the demo today. I pre-ordered the game a while ago. Let's see how fast I can beat the demo!

Just played the demo. Loved it. A definite purchase for me.

I wish there were pictures of the artbook you get from CC..

At first I hated it. After giving it another shot and playing it for a bit, I really like it. I probably won't pick it up for a bit, but it's cool.

This seems to be a great game (albeit short I heard). The EB Games deal with the messenger bag is really tempting but I feel better served waiting and getting a deal on black friday. Thoughts?

I don't ever remember good video game deals on Black Friday.

I think I'm going to be getting this the day it releases, though completing the game without shooting anyone might be difficult.

Just played the demo yesterday, and it definitely sparked an interest that wasn't there before. The gameplay was really fun and the controls worked extremely well. I'm just concerned that it'll be a one trick pony, and a short one at that. I think I'll be buying this, but not until it's considerably cheaper than $60 (a short game without any significant multiplayer components makes me hesitant to put out that much money).

I just hope this doesn't take the Heavenly Sword/Gears of War route where price drops seemed nonexistent.

I don't know, from the demo I found the gun combat to be kind of clunky myself. It was much easier to just disarm someone or take them out with a jump kick to the head. And since combat isn't even encouraged most of the time, I imagine this might be pretty easy to do. I'm personally more worried about going through the entire game without getting shot, as one stray bullet could ruin your whole run.

time trial is too fun. it's been a long while since I'm this excited about a game.

Definitely a good demo, I liked the look of the game but wasn't particularly interested in it, but the demo sold me on the game, although I'll probably wait til the price drops a bit. I did feel a bit frustrated at times about where to go next but at the same time it kept me sucked in until I figured it out.

Weapon/gun stuff was definitely the worst part of the experience, I usually ended up trying to outrun them...

Not sure if you're referring to the trophy (it's only one level where you have to avoid getting shot) but yeah, not using a gun through the whole game may not be that tough after all.

Haha, I completely misread the trophy. I thought it was go though the entire game without getting shot, but it is just for one chapter. That should be pretty easy as well, then.

As for the length, I hear it's around 10-12 hours to beat the main story, which isn't that bad. Add to that speed runs and time trials and I think it's totally worth it.

Well at least you don't have to spend 10-12 hours trying to dodge each and every bullet now.
