Ok,

So I have been trying to get some of the older great titles for the PC. The classics.

Like:
Kings, Space, Police Quests
Leisure Suit Larry ( I broke on of my 2 cd's)
Quest for Glory
etc etc

I have checked these places and continue to do so and have had success.

EB Games (hit and miss can find good deals on some older stuff)

Gamestop (Nope dont carry the old stuff)

Local Video Game shops (Again YMMV)

Pawn Shops (most dont carry older PC games but some do)

Big Lots/Value City ( I have come across some of the older ones on these places)

Any other places I need to be looking? Obviously Online (ebay Chips N Bits etc) But an actuall store any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

If you have exhausted those resources, the best next thing i can hit of is the flea markets. Good luck.

Fry's usually keeps some of their old games still on their shelves. But if you want old games, you should look at the "bargain" shelf where the games dont come in a box but are just in a jewel cd case. They usually run about $10.

When it was announced that a new Leisure Suit Larry game was in the works, I did a search for the Leisure Suit Larry Collection. I turned up very little, and what I did find was quite pricey. There were 2 collections released, one was games 1-6, the other was games 1-7 (the Ultimate Pleasure Pack). There is no game #4, btw. There is an eBay auction for one of the 1-7 collections that is currently at $120. Ridiculous.

Good luck, I hope you find them.

Maybe when the new LSL is released they'll rerelease the older titles as well

You could also check the trash. That's where I put mine after looking on ebay and deciding it wasn't worth the effort to sell them. That was a couple King's Quests, a Space Quest, and a few other games that were fun at the time.... oops.

Some of those games are practically non-existant.

There is a website that is remaking some of those games - www.agdinteractive.com
