With that price, I'm still a bit worried she was confusing it with dvd. With some FYE employees, I really wouldn't doubt it lol

For those who have never seen a Steelbook, they are extremely nice. I have the DMC4 CE, and they case is simply gorgeous. If there truly is a Dark Knight SB for the Blu-ray in the states, I will be all over it.

there is no way fye will have dark knight blu rays for $21.99.

I'd be shocked. I'd be happy with the current pricing of about $25 on release week. That's what my guy guessed.

Maybe the employee thought steelbook ment blu-ray?

If this is true then im going to have to drive down to fye and pre order a copy. Did anyone else have any luck yet?

I was at my local FYE today and they had an advertisement standee promoting the steelbook. I preordered the Joker version and had the employee right which version on the receipt.

$24.99 & $22.99 for membership.

Not bad at all, the current rate for FYE credit is $5 cash for $18.75 credit, so i'll probably be picking up all 3.

I don't see the pre-order on FYE's site yet. I hope its not in-store exclusive. It would make me go to their store.

I don't think I've ever seen any of their steelbook exclusives online.

Anybody preorder the blu ray steelbook in the US FYE store? I know they had preorders for the DVD steelbooks.

I believe the pre orders for the FYE's in the USA have the blu ray steelbook for reserve.

Im going to canada tuesday to see what the big deal is.. probably reserve a few depending on the distance.

I've ordered over 15 from Amazon and a few people I know have as well, all of them have come in near perfect condition (sometimes cracks in the cases, but the discs are always scratchless).

Thanks, I ordered 2 just to help cut the costs in case 3 different bluray steelbooks are confirmed.

The FYE I went to @ Woodbridge Mall in NJ today told me:

Dark Knight DVD Steelbook - Yes (There were signs everywhere for it)
Dark Knight Blu-Ray Steelbook - No (I had to ask the dude at the desk)

I called 5 different FYE's and they all said no blu-ray steelbook, only DVD
