I got $8 for REZ back in early October, and the used pricetag was about the same. Like I wrote in my recent blog entry, it appears GameStop has dropped all PS2/Xbox/GC trade-in values in November. I wrote about it in my CAG Blog.

My bad. You guys are right. I meant NBA 2K8. The OP has it listed for $8.00. It's definitely a buck now before bonuses.

If anyone could whip up a list of high-value XBOX games, that'd be amazing. I know there's a few that traded high, but GS took down their list of Xbox games.

Its been a looong time. So do we needed orignal cases etc for these trade ins to work at GS? I really forget, thanks.

GS will take games sans art but with case, or simply disc only. However, some GameStops will attempt to charge you some kind of fee (I think often people get hit with refurbs even though it's not for refurbishment) to cover the cost of printing art.

I've never experienced it myself, but if they do it, I'd just take it to a different GS.

Following are Xbox 1 trade values before any bonuses.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 - $10.50
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - $11.75
Ninja Gaiden Black - $4

And a few Wii and 360 values
Super Smash Bros Brawl - $21
Assasin's Creed 360 - $4.75
Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 - $12
GTA4 360 - $12

MAKE SURE you use the trade two, get a new title for those last two.. the values bumped up by $10 apeice when I used that deal. You can always exchange the product for something else that's not on the list later.

And yes, all of those were purchased at Hollywood Video, mostly for $4 apeice

I know that maybe you didn't want to deal with eBay, but that game goes for $50-60 on there. Cash. Even with eBay/Paypal fees, it'd have been much better.

Indeed. Also, keep in mind that the rumors of the game showing up on the XBL and PSN have bit into the resell value a bit. The PS2 version still seems to almost consistently get $75 on eBay, but I have seen the Xbox version fluctuate, dropping to as low as $30 in some auctions. It doesn't help that the game runs like crap on the 360.

Whats the current trade-in-value for a wireless 360 controller?

Yeah, I was basing it on a copy I sold last month for $70 (trying to get rid of it before an official announcement). It wasn't complete, but it was in pretty good shape. I'd forgotten how badly ex rentals can be from HV.

on that GTA San Andreas price. I passed that up at my store today thinking it would trade for squat given how much Xbox stuff has dropped off. I'm especially surprised the Xbox one is more than the PS2 one. Wow... I'll have to go back and snag that.

And just to be clear before anyone gets excited, you didn't get any of those Wii/360/PS3 games for $3.99 - they were 20% off though some were pretty cheap I take it (Ass Creed was actually less than $3.99 though, right?). I may have to look into that.

You can add a date to Wild Arms 4. Still only trades in for $2.50 AKA not worth it.

GS wouldn't take 4 games from me, because I had traded the same titles (1 copy of each) yesterday. I've never had a problem at GS before. They cited their theft policy as the reason, yet they took all 10 of the other games I brought in. Doesn't really make sense they would bring up their theft policy and still take some of my games, but whatever. However, they did say that if I bring in a receipt they will gladly accept them, guess I will have to, to clear my name.

If anybody knows the TIV for the Lego Indiana Jones/ Kung Fu Panda holiday bundle double pack it would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just opened the case up and both games are on separate discs so I guess it's full price for each. SWEEEET!
