Yeah I'll make sure to post what I get too really hoping for Jasper only because I heard they are quieter. My old roommates 360 sounded like a vacuum cleaner.

Yeah those launch 360's were really really loud. Even the "quiet" BenQ Falcon 360 that I used to own was way to loud for me. I would hate to get stuck with another Falcon.

Not to sound like a noob but does anybody know of a good guide that will show me how to check if I have a Falcon or a Jasper?

I ordered my PS3 on 2/17, and it shipped today (2/19), and it's supposed to deliver on 2/20. Sweet! I didn't even pay for 1-day shipping and I get it!

Man, Dell doesn't screw around with shipping huh? I ordered an Arcade bundle at 3:36pm on the 18th and when I got home from work today at 3:30pm it was at my
back door. That was with their free standard shipping. That is the fastest I've ever had anything shipped to me. It was even a Jasper.

Now I just need my cables that I ordered from Monoprice, 2 days before the Aracde, to show up.

I ordered pro xbox 360 2/18 and shipped out last night and it listed to arrive 2/20 now that fast shipping. but still do not have my copy of Street Fighter IV: Collector's Edition yet that i preorder last week. look like I goto get my 360 pro console get before my game. which the reason i bought the 360

Ah well. Falcon. 9-25-2008 manufacturer date. Ordered the Pro Endwar bundle. I knew it was a Falcon when I saw the Fable 2 on the back of the box.

Maybe I'll go try a switcheroo at Walmart if it doesn't sell on craigslist.

What kind of switcheroo, the kind where you buy a Jasper then return the Falcon? That won't work.

I can't help you with the PS3 info, but I can tell you that you missed the boat for the Endwar bundle. They sold out a couple of days ago. You could still use the coupon code in the first post, though. That would get you a pro for $240 plus tax.

Yeah, I've heard it was pretty much anything, then anything under $100 and now receipt only. But it's not impossible. Thought it would be if you tried to do a return (since the computer asks to scan the serial number on the product).

Chrome? You mean the Limited Edition Metal Gear Solid Gun Metal PS3? No that's not on there. The 160GB PS3 has double the space and would be 100 off instead of 80.

I ordered a 360 pro a few days ago and it's scheduled to arrive on Monday. At the time that I ordered it, it seemed like a 50/50 chance that I'd get a Jasper. But now, after seeing all the people who ordered one reporting what model they got, it's looking like an 80/20 chance that I'll get a Falcon. I really don't want to get a Falcon. If I do, could I possibly return it to Dell?

Nah I mena where you put the disc in is it chrome?Cause i rem the 40 gigs or some model it was silver paint and not chrome.Ill save 80 im really only getting one for blu ray 80gigs should do.

Silver paint? Both the 80 and 160 GB consoles have chrome looking plastic.
