I'm torn between the PC and 360 versions. On one hand I've got my save on the 360, on the other I've got a rad PC and I can pray for free DLC and mods.

Updated the OP with the new E3 Prelude Video, as well as the above screenshots and a few new artworks/wallpapers.

---------------

I can't wait for E3 to roll around, if that prelude video is a sign of what's to come. Mass Effect 2 looks better and better the more I hear or see about it.

Yeah, I beat Mass Effect on my 360 twice on an old account, but since it is confirmed that your stuff travels to the next game, I'm definitely going to replay it in the next few months when I get time and do everything possible.

...And because I love the game. :P

ME2 looks amazing, sounds like they know what they are doing.

I'm going to have to load up my saves before long and double-check my actions to make sure that's what I really want for Mass Effect 2. (And, of course, have an alternate save with all of the opposite decisions)

I remember how much time I spent playing through it several times to create the "perfect save" for ME2. Certainly glad they're honoring their word about that making a difference, not that I would have felt any time spent playing Mass Effect was wasted.

Needless to say, these videos made my day.

I did the same thing throughout the 3 or 4 times I beat the game. I guess it wouldn't hurt to make sure it's what I really want, since it's going to be set in stone once the save is loaded up for Mass Effect 2.

I can't wait for this game. Already played through the first game about 4 times, and working on my 5th. I'm pretty sure I know which save I'm going to use. The one where I'm the huge douchebag XD

As much as I want to play it NOW, I'm happy it's coming out early-mid of next year myself.
Reason being, the only game (that I know of so far) to look forward to IMHO, is FF13.
These next two quaters have more than enough games for me to play, it would be overkill if this came out this year. Plus, the more time, the better it will be. Usually...
(Unless it's Too Human or Fable).

Games coming out this year I'll be playing a lot of:
Halo: ODST, Max Payne 3, Bioshock 2, Assassins Creed 2, Lost Planet 2, Fight Night Round 4, MFW2, Alan Wake (Hopefully), and probably a few more.

Not to mention my backlog is enormous. :P

I'd play Mass Effect 2 all the way through two or three times before even touching any of the other games coming out this year - not to say that those upcoming games are anything short of great.

Not me man, it'd be hard to decide. :P
If nothing else, I hope the more time they need to take, makes it that much better. The waiting won't be so hard knowing it will be another masterpiece.

I second this notion and will more than likely go through with it. My friend list is going to hate me and I couldn't care less. I met ME before I knew any of them and my loyalty is unyielding. Hmph.

I'm going to be sad if you don't play as Shepard. I got attached to my character. She was a bad ass who didn't take shit from anyone.

Oh shit, I accidently killed Wrex in my 360 playthrough, I didn't think your AI characters would carry over. I'm just going to buy it on PC and get ME2 on PC.

Does anyone else think ME would be a kickass MMORPG? They've got the environments, planets, classes, races and a backstory that would fit well. It would be like SWG but 100 times more awesome.

Yea a ME MMORPG, sorta like what EA is doing with the NFS game would be a good idea as the potential is there. I wonder if the Rachni return in ME2 since I just let the Queen go last night, first time I killed her. Also if ME2 could combine all the choices you made in ME that would be awesome. Like on Noveria I helped out the Undercover agent and she says I owe you a drink, having a drink with her in the next game would be pretty cool.
