Fry's Ads 9/17-21

Here's the video game listings from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Los Angeles/Orange County (LA), San Jose/Silicon Valley (SJ), and Washington state (WA) Fry's Ad(s). These prices are valid only for the dates listed in the subject line.

The items listed below are as they appear in the Fry's Ads. If an item is listed as "SJ only", for example, it could still be on sale at other locations (i.e. - San Diego, Sacramento, Austin, Houston, NV, AZ, OR, IL, GA), but it only appeared in the SJ ad. We have noticed that the Dallas Morning News and SJ Mercury News often run very similar ads. Also, the Chicago ads are often similar to the Seattle ads. However, since these ads are not available online, I cannot confirm them.

If anyone knows of a website to view any further ads, please let me know.

Unless otherwise indicated, items below are listed in all four (DFW, LA, SJ, and WA) ads.

Thanks Fido. You may want to update:

Phantasy Star Online I & II Plus

The DFW ad has the Plus version in the ad, not sure about the other locations.

Wow! Star Wars for only$37! that is the cheapest price I heard of so far. I just hoping to see the other stores are giving out any free stuff with it. In the meantime I might consider Call of Duty.

It rang up at 36.99 when I picked it up early today at the Manhattan Beach store (LA area).

I'd rather dish out the $37 now and have that as my final price rather than $50 and then getting $15 back after the longwinded rebate process. Guess I'm more of a lazyass than a cheapass...

Can someone give me some infos on Phantasy Star Online 1&2? Is there LAN play? How is the online play like, how many players on the server? Can you steal people's mobs and such like other MMORPGS? Is this like Diablo where you can play offline then play that character you built onilne?

I'd rather get Star Wars in person and make sure it's in good condition. $37 sounds good, but I'll probably have Circuit City price match.

Someone posted once (I forget if it was here or on my other board) that they believed that the Vegas sale prices were consistent with San Jose's.

I know that they are basically the same thing. I have foudn that the LV ads are actually a mix of all of the ads from Texas, Washington, and California.
