Looking for wireless keyboard/mouse combo

As the title says, Im looking for a wireless keyboard/mouse combo, and I need a range of at least 10 feet. my current combo uses a 2.4ghz frequency and it works fine for me. My pc does not have bluetooth, and i don't have enough to shell out for a bluetooth adapter and a bluetooth keyboard/mouse. The reason why Im looking for a new combo is because the mouse im currently using is not very ergonomic. it hurts to use for any extended period of time, so I need one that is more comfortable.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
