I haven't followed this much at all until a few days ago after seeing these pre-order threads. Watched a badass 9-10min video on youtube and decided to make the jump. It was easier with the ECA coupon to make this game $48.xx to my door, plus Uncharted MP beta? nice.

OT: is Uncharted MP coop only? Haven't read a lot on it.

My original pre order changed prices automatically after 24hours. Love amazon. And the beta comes with all first batch games....and the beta is like a deathmatch sort of thing; not coop (although the game may be coop they havent said yet, but its not part of the beta)

Should be a great game, judging by the demo. For any PS3 owners purchasing this, imo saving $6(if you're going to buy it anyway) at launch is pretty good.

IGNs review is really glowing but it is an exclusive review so take it with a grain of salt. I'm pretty hyped for it though. When does the demo come out for everyone?

I'm quite excited, but I am waiting to try the demo first. And I can wait a couple weeks for (hopefully) a better deal.

I tried the demo and that put me over the edge. I was heavily considering it because of the Uncharted 2 MP beta, but to spend $60 or so for a beta seemed...dumb. But the demo was great and I know I'll enjoy the full game.

Agreed. I pre-ordered mostly because I wanted in the Uncharted beta, but the demo blew me away. Should be a great game

This popped up in my gold box and i ordered it (as I do many pre-orders in my goldbox since I can easily cancel them) and I looked at the order today. With the ECA discount it comes down to a little under $46!!

For those with access to the demo, how does this game compare to Crackdown? I love me some Crackdown.

I always hear of people getting really new games in their goldbox. Is there any method to do this? Also is this the general gold box or the video game deal of the day thingy? I always get dumb things like kitchenware and maybe some DVDs at best in my gold box.
