Hopefully stuff bought online is all new? At least when I ordered The Force Unleashed (awesome game so far by the way) it did appear to truly be new...

And since they're FINALLY letting me buy online, and stuff in store is usually used, and it costs me probably $3+ to go in person, I think I'm just going to order online when I can...

Got my two games just today. SFIV and Xenosaga I (Used). SFIV is in perfect condition, opened her right up just to get a whiff of that new game smell. Xenosaga I.. sucks, now I remember why I never purchase used games from Gamestop online. Just gotta head over and return the Xenosaga and everything will be fine. Woot.

I've been meaning to buy Wario Land. Lame that I missed the boat on this one.

I got 2 copies of SF4 that I bought online today.. and both are sealed.

I got my Wii classic controller (as SAVER-filler, but I needed one anyway) yesterday and my SFIV is out for delivery today. Pretty decent service online, really.

Any reason why free shipping from ordering directly through Gamestop is quicker than ordering a game through Barnes and Noble? (note: B&N's videogames dept is actually Gamestop)?

Just got all my games and all 5 of them were brand new/sealed. No gutted copies at all.

Finally opened the games and they were all still sealed. Other than a minor issue with checkout (which I probably should have waited anyone, but still an issue in my eyes) I'm pretty pleased with Gamestop's online service.

At least now I know in the future if they have good game deals online, it seems that is the way to go instead of in store.

oh well, you win some, you lose some. Thought I had time till Aug. 2.

Finally found copies in a nearby town today, but it wasn't meant to be at $39.99.
Glad many others got in on this though.

Gonna try for the Collector's Edition at BB; hoping for random lucky Manager's Specials!!

Got my Street Fighter 4 in the mail yesterday. C Viper is my favorite so far. Oh and the game was new.

My SF IV PS3 arrived today. It was already opened, no seal or anything, and had a old-ass looking $59.99 sticker on the front cover that was a bitch to remove. I complained in the form of a twitter reply to @GameStopCorp for the hell of it.

I am tempted to return it, on principle, but since the price has already gone back up and I'd have a hell of a time finding a sealed copy to exchange it for, I'm going to keep it. Sure sucks balls though. Thankfully, the disc looks fine. Just wish they'd handle the displaying of games in a different manner and avoid all this crap entirely.

Man, I can't believe some of you who ordered online are getting unsealed copies. You're best bet...call CS and ask to talk to a manager. Bitch them out. Also note: You have 30 days to return, so if you haven't done anything to it yet, scout out a local store, with your receipt/invoice and ask to exchange it on the principle.

Seriously--ordering a new copy online and getting an opened copy is against the law. Report it to the Better Business Bureau and send Gamestop a copy of the report.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered two copies of SFIV for PS3. One was new and sealed, the other was "new" and opened. This was my first experience ordering from them online and receiving a gutted "new" copy of a game. I've ordered from them online only to avoid this shady practice, and now I see they are also adopting this BS practice for online purchases.

I'm about to write my complaint to them to exchange this for what we that live in reality objectively call a new product.

Yep, I also got an opened SFIV for PS3. Called to complain right as they closed, he said they'd send me a return label and then ship me out a new copy once they get it back. So yay, I get to wait round trip times! No store within 30 miles of me has it new in stock and those stores are pretty much in the roughest parts of town where I'd probably be shot for simply driving around.

I feel like I should complain to the BBB as well just for the principle, this is totally BS-- the case itself is a bit bashed up and smudged, has that "shopworn" look to the clear plastic part, 3 stickers on it, the disc is dusty with a couple small fingerprints, etc.

I wouldn't have bought this as a USED game and am certainly pissed off they sent me this as a NEW one!

The one bastion of "safe" Gamestop purchasing for me is dead. The fact this isn't an isolated incident makes it an even bigger pisser.

Ordered Street Fighter IV (PS3) and FEAR 2 (360) online. Both arrived today factory sealed; FEAR 2 even had the outer slip cover.
