What saves more time + money - Amazon or Goozex?

I learned of Amazon first, finding ways I could get used games in great condition at about 10 games for $60-$70 plus taxes. Then I learned about Goozex's system and was intrigued. I was thinking Goozex could be a great money saver if you have a LOT of games to trade. But if you don't, then it sucks because at Goozex you're gonna have to pay for: 1) Points and 2) Tokens.

Tokens are $1 each and 100 points = $5.00. The tokens I have no problem with but points can get very pricey if you don't have a huge library of games to trade for it. While there are a lot of games that cost 100 points (i.e. 10 games each worth 100 points = $50, EXCELLENT DEAL), the majority of them will usually range from like 250-1000, especially the newer and/or popular ones. So that sucks.

I don't have too many games to trade, but I have a long list of games I'd like to try out so i will buy used/like new for whatever I can't trade with. Would it make more sense to use Amazon instead of Goozex?

Use both. You won't be able to get brand new games from Goozex too quickly, but it sounds like you're interested in lower-point games which are fairly competitively priced and can be obtained relatively quickly.

PM sent regarding the Goozex price structure rules and how to actually calculate your cost/value ratio.
