1. the story makes no sense. granted, i've never seen the anime, but i can't figure out what the hell is going on 2. the camera gets annoying at times, especially when they require you to block certain attacks, and mobs are behind you. 3. the game ramps up difficulty quickly. first 4 or 5 missions and i was loving it and breezing through. then i hit a wall, and have been slowly plodding on. 4. there is no hand holding at all. you get new skills by leveling up, and have to figure out how to use them on your own. you can hit the back button (360) to see the skill list, but it's hit or miss getting most of them to work, or even knowing which one you need to use to beat X boss. 5. bosses start to get cheap near the end of the game. 6. save points are annoying. sometimes they are every few feet, others they take you back several minutes, and annoying platforming sections, later. especially some bosses where you need to defeat several waves of mobs, and then die on the final boss, only to not only have to fight the several waves of mobs again, but now you have to do a bunch of platforming just to get to that point. The hack and slash can be fun, and the dialog is funny at times, and body part poker is hilarious, but the game has flaws that are difficult to look past. |

I could go for a psp coupon though that would send a bit of an odd message with psp go! just releasing. Plus we had one not too long ago...but the only cheap games I can think of that I want is Buzz! Master Quiz and Wipeout Pulse.
Ah lets just have a 25% off any used game, maybe the hold out on the coupon is because they are planning something big to combat the liquidation sales at GameCrazy? A cheap man can hope. |
