Skyline: It was fun. I liked it.

Unstoppable: Overly dramatic at points, but still good.

Chocolate - 4/5 - Fun movie. Tony Jaa in Ong Bak was awesome, but when Jaa tried to direct Ong Bak 2 and now 3...I wondered wtf happened. Ong Bak and Tom yung goong were both full of great, fast/violent action scenes and coherent stories. Chocolate is directed by Prachya Pinkaew who also directed Tom yung goong & Ong bak. The action scenes are so much fun, slaughter house + throwing knives = hilarity.

Chocolate is worth a watch for those who like muay thai or modern martial arts movies. Definitely rent Chocolate instead of going to the theater for Ong Bak 3.

Deathly Hallows Part 1: 4/5

There's some great cinematography in this film. It also follows the book pretty closely except that it cuts out some of the boring stuff. There's a very nice pace to it and sets up Part 2 on a pretty ominous note.

Was it less boring than the last two? I absolutely hated the last two, but people are bothering me to see this. Should I avoid?

Will this be tougher to follow at times than the last one if I have not read the books?

I just didn't like the fact that she was like 12-14 years old beating up older guys, just doesn't seem believable, she'll probably be the next Tony Jaa though, great choreography.

The Last Airbender: 5/10
damn this movie is boring

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: 8/10
pretty cool

Scott Pilgrim as well. I was pleased with it is what I can say. At times I felt it was a bit cramped, but it does remind me about how quick life is, leaving me unable to stop and smell the flowers.

The Werewolf of Washington this morning. Man that really sucked, even if it did star Dean Stockwell.

RED - 10/10

Saw the previews and thought it would be good. Saw the movie and it was even better. Hilarious too. Helen Mirren delivered. The cast was great. Will be buying on Blu Ray.

Saw Exam last night. This could be the best movie I have seen all year or the worst. I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this and if the question is what I think it is.

If you have seen this movie click on the spoiler tag.

The question I think it is, is are their any questions. Am I right on this or did I miss something?

Still catching up on Criterions.

The Wages of Fear
Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence
Breathless
The Night of the Hunter

The first and last ones were great, the middle 2 were alright.

127 hours - James Franco had a damn good performance. That one part though, the one you know that will happen...it's really really brutal. I'm not going to compare this movie to Slumdog Millionaire, it's very different.
