"drfrielgood" was nice enough to PM me about the issue and was thorough in determining what missing items were outstanding. Once that was done, the missing items were shipped out to me the next day as promised (the package was dated and arrived quickly.) The communication was pleasant and certainly prompt. Given this followup I would purchase from GameDealDaily again. However, I would certainly poke "drfrielgood" here regarding any service issues rather than the "contact us" emails on the website though.
