The funniest part is I was able to do a quasi-lightning loop with sly in the corner with explosives once, but I try the same thing and it wont work again. He has a bunch of moves that look like they should combo. Like anyones up [] looks completely pointless because you launch them but cant follow up which just puts them in a better situation to attack you from above. i dont know what they were thinking with this one.

Awesome thanks, I will definitely be pming you once I wrap my headed around the basics. I went to SRK last night and I was overwhelmed, but I think I get some of the ideas. I'm going to practice my 'meatys', 'bread n butter' & option select tonight.

Yeah before learning meatys and combo you should be learning which punch or kick is your go to in any situation. Id focus on spacing, pokes and countering the most commonly spammed moves(like shoryuken). I also think its important at the beginning to learn to not jump all the time and leaning on special moves, these are common bad habits that you should not get into.

Im down to just screw around and show you some stuff if you want, while we are playing you can pm me here.

I play sf4 and TTT. My friend is currently borrowing them but my user name on psn is Devilstar22.

Guilty Gear came out on 360. The netcode FUCKING SUCKS. It is worthless and even WORSE then KOF 12. And I knew it would be. Only proves Aksys designed Blazblue and Persona around online limitations rather than making a real arcade game. DAN SHRUG

Well it is pretty much nothing since the online trophies are easy to get and the AI is super easy to beat in offline mode. Still took some time to get that last one though.

I just got a Asus VW246H monitor (i actually went dual monitor) and its absolutely amazing how much better it feels for fighting games (and fps). No lag makes a huge difference.
