The October mailer runs from October 14 - November 7th and inside is a coupon for $30 off a Nintendo DSi console. It is not a bundle, it is the same boxed unit other retailers carry. Blue, Burgundy and Bronze units are available. You must have the coupon to get the discount, and the regular price is believed to be $169.99, in line with MSRP.

Coupons should arrive to many members in the mail, and are available in limited supply at the Membership desk.

You must be a member to shop at Costco. Membership costs run from $50 plus tax to $100 plus tax for two memberships each.

They are shipping this week, and are arriving as early as today. Our small store received 144 units. Great deal if you're in the market to upgrade your DS Lite.

It is a bundle....but the boxes that hold the DSi XL hardware are by themsleves and are kept in the security booth. On the floor there is plastic sealed package with the case, car charger and screen protectors and a PICTURE of the DSi XL. You buy this and then go to security to pick the DSi XL hardware.

Total price after coupon, $159.95 (189.95-30.00). Not greatest deal ever, but you do get a case and other extras. The odds are, however, that some retailers like target or toys r us will be running gift card promotions (probably $25-30 or so) on DS/DSi/Xls in the next few weeks.

that's a given.. not an odd. Black Friday is just about 1 month away too
