Because it's trending in price just like the first one did? $19.99 9-10 months after release, coming soon. I made the mistake on ME1 of buying it, then seeing the price plummet. I won't be doing that this time around.

I got ME2 for $40, and I don't regret it for a second.

It's curious to me how I was tempted to rebuy Assassin's Creed 2 for $30 since I enjoyed it so much. But now that GS is having it for that price for the Game Days sale, I'm not interested.

According to joystiq next weekend (April 2nd and 3rd) TrU is having a B1G1 50% off on all video games. Online and in store. Wonder if it'll work on pre-orders.

As long as you didn't get some sort of bundle deal with the system (I.e., Buy a DSi get Pokemon for $10 off or something) you should be ok. Best Buy has a 30 day policy but sometimes bundles/B1G1 deals are tough but they almost always will match their own promotions.

if they are sealed they will make you return all of the items and put the amount on a gift card and you have to REBUY the items

they have a price guarantee but nothing about a better promo coming in 2 weeks guarantee

I was thinking about returning my Pokemon game but not worth the hassle

Buy pokemon at best buy for 40 get strange journey for 17.50 Total 57.50 ... Return the Pokemon i got for 35

so i end up getting journey for 22.50 not worth the hassle to save 3 bucks

The website doesn't have Infinite Space, so I'd guess it wouldn't be stocked (but I could be wrong). You can check Strange Journey's stock on the website though. Unfortunately, it's backordered if you decide to buy online.

I checked for SMT: Strange Journey yesterday at my local BBs. It appears they only have 2 copies per store.

FYI
Currently, SMT: Strange Journey is on sale for $24.99 at Fry's and the boxes are in great shape. The ones I saw at BB were jammed into those plastic security cases too small for the game so the corners were damaged. I decided to pick up a copy at Fry's instead of BB.
