punqsux sig did it for me. I finally got around to turning both avatars and sigs off. While I fully support freedom of expression, I think it wouldn't hurt to at least consider how some of your sigs and avatars might strike other visitors to the site, especially minors.

punq made a thread about whether his sig was offensive or not, and it seemed the general consensus was that it was, and I guess he did it anyways being the rebel he is

i did it because very very few said they were offended by it.
alot of people didnt like it.
a few people said they had nothing against it, but wouldnt want to see it in everyone of my posts.
but not many people seemed to care past that, so i went ahead with it (after making it smaller)

if youre offended by it, im sorry, but you had your chance to speak up about it.

I dont like turning off avatars and sigs because its easy for me to identify people without having to look at their names. I just know that someday when Im viewing this site at school Im going to get in trouble because of the sigs and avatars on this site.

I dont have any problems with the sexy images on this site. But I find myself not logging on at work. I dont wont to get busted if my boss come walking behind me.

Didn't know u could turn off avatars and sigs -- I'm doing it for sure.

I think all the porn based avatars are more than a little annoying, and I doubt your girlfriends would appreciate them.

It would be a big help if we could remove images from Signatures -- that way people could still have some personality, but we wouldn't have to put up with the questionable content.

And as for your sig, honestly what do you expect, if the people on this site are 98% guys then of course they would compliment you on a half-naked girl faerie sig XP
