Sheesh, my LFD2 order is taking forever to ship (4:30 A.M 4/8). My other order already shipped and I ordered that after LFD2. Looks like i'm gonna have to make a phone call to their damn reps..

The rep I talked to the other day said that it normally takes 5-10 days for them to restock.

does the code even work? I tried adding the promotion code...but says it's invalid?

Valve has never charged for PC dlc in their own games.

Anyway, guys, I know it's been said, but the shipping confirmation takes a while to come through. Based on multiple users' experiences, they sometimes skip an order. It's possible they process these individually and skip some.

I ordered (with PayPal) 4/8 ~10:15 PM.
Order confirmation (and Bing Cashback) came 4/8 ~10:30 PM.
Shipment confirmation came 4/9 ~6:30 PM.
They're shipping it via UPS 2nd Day Air. The status, however, has been "Billing Information Received" since Friday. I thought they worked Saturdays--not delivered to a household, but still transmitted it across the country?

That MAY depend on whether or not EA's Wherehouse(or wherever they ship out of) is open on Saturday for UPS to pick up the item. UPS does deliver on Saturdays but I don't know about pickups and normal business.

I say before this is graveyard-boud, wait till Tuesday. The reason I say this, is to see how people's orders turn out. Just my 3 cents.

I made 4 orders @ the EAStore.. I received 2 e-mail confirmations(A & B), and 1 shipment e-mail(A).. So I'm missing 1 shipment e-mail(B). Apparently the other 2 got cancelled by the system(C & D), BUT was still charged for one of those(C). Also, none of my orders are showing on my view order history and purchase(wklejrlwkjdlakewjlk).

when you guys called the number, did you guys hit option 8 for "all other games"?

it seems more like a tech support number for games, and i hit 8 and everytime they say the first person on the que list has waited more than 20 minutes. i guess i can keep trying if i don't see anything changed tomorrow.
