It's not illegal to tax shipping charges, where'd you get that idea? Most state and local sales and services taxes cover services such as shipping and handle fees. You should check for your local jurisdiction but you'll probably find that such taxes do apply.

But I just know my local K-mart will say they are out of the plushie when I go there at open and I JUST KNOW I will leave disappointed...

Whenever I price match at BB, they just look up the price on their computer.

Hmmm, i ordered FFXIII off the website on the seventh, but the shipping info hasnt come in. Website has my order, and estimated arrival dates though, should i be worried?

Did everyone who ordered Bayonetta for Xbox 360 receive the wall scroll?

Kmart in Fremont, OH had all these games marked for 30 with plenty in stock. Even had an employee ask me if i needed anything fairly quickly, picked up Bayonetta. Definitely a much better experience than previous visits, i was very satisfied.

If you're looking for the PS3 version of FFXIII and your local Kmart still don't have any in stock before the sales end, the Oxon Hill, MD location has 2 copies left last time I checked this evening.

yeah..uh this time I will call before wasting my time. Kmart here is just terrible...

Couple of days back I Ordered a FF13 for ps3 online , but I did not receive any confirmation mails. Did any one come across this issue? Will my order get processed?
