Here's the entertainment software listings from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Los Angeles/Orange County (LA), San Jose/Silicon Valley (SJ), and Washington state (WA) Fry's Ad(s). These prices are valid only for the dates listed in the subject line.

The items listed below are as they appear in the Fry's Ads. If an item is listed as "SJ only", for example, it could still be on sale at other locations (i.e. - San Diego, Sacramento, Austin, Houston, NV, AZ, OR, IL, GA), but it only appeared in the SJ ad. We have noticed that the Dallas Morning News and SJ Mercury News often run very similar ads. Also, the Chicago ads are often similar to the Seattle ads. However, since these ads are not available online, I cannot confirm them.

If anyone knows of a website to view any further ads, please let me know.

Unless otherwise indicated, items below are listed in all four (DFW, LA, SJ, and WA) ads.

I guess they raised the price on Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 a little bit, so I probally won't get it now.

I see Dead or Alive Ultimate that I might pick up. Does it retail for $50 or $55?

EDIT- And thanks for posting the ads.

Sigh- the following would be a good sale:

Fry's

Buy one get one free. If it is out of stock when you show up- 50% off the sale price when it comes in. If it is permanently out of stock- the value of the game off any item in the store.

X-Box:

Ninja Gaiden- 9.99
Madden 05- 9.99
Halo 2 LE - 9.99 (not pre-order- that actual full price for the game- free shipping)
Mechwarrior 2 - 9.99 (not pre-order- that actual full price for the game- free shipping)
Fable- with free additional X-Box game of choice- 19.99

PC
Bard's Tale - 9.99
Far Cry - 9.99
Doom3 - 9.99 with proof that you have at least a Geforce 6800 GT card or better. Otherwise 49.99
World of Warcraft - 129.99- Fry's will pay your monthly fee as long as you play- non-transferable
Everquest- 89.99
Warhammer 40K Dawn of War- 9.99
Pain Killer- 9.99
Civ 3 Game of the Year edition - 4.99
Bioware Gamers pack (all of Bioware's games- from Baulder's Gate to Neverwinter Nights) - 49.99- warning- huge box because they actually printed out all of the manuals

Now that is actually a good sale.

lol good? That's a f****** awesome sale. And it would be called that as well, not just a sale. As it is, the current sale is pretty good, 10 bucks off here and there, 15 off here and there. It's just not for true cheapasses (like me...who won't buy a game @ more than 35, and won't buy a movie at more than 18).

Meh this week sucks. Fry's has really not had any great deals lately....hope that Black Friday sale likes up to the hype.

And $49.99 for San Andreas? Now that is just lame....
