Crimson omen skins are unlocked in the game by doing certain things. I have all of them you get the crimson omen lancer if you buy any weapon pack.
 
That's the Infected Omen weapon skins you are thinking of. They are available with the Controller and Epic Edition. The Crimson Omen weapon skins are available in the game. I'm not sure about the Retro Lancer and Hammerburst but I know the Gnasher is unlocked by getting 10 Kills in Team Deathmatch, the Lancer is unlocked by buying any weapon pack, the Sawed Off is unlocked by completing 5 chapters of Arcade Campaign in co-op. Hope I helped you out some if you look at your Stats and Awards in Gears of War 3 you will find all the info you need.
 
You are correct, as a matter of fact i already have most of them, I was actually meaning INFECTED Omen lol, Edited my original post accordingly.
 
i also have a liquid green metal skin for GoW3 and Halo Reach GoD code for sale 1600points for both
