I tried several times though, it wont nuke my code will it?

I got used codes from them before. I sent them an email complaining and they promptly sent me a replacement code that worked. I think they run out of codes and send used ones for some stupid reason.

They are not used - it says Code is invalid. Probably expired, but they can fix that just calling MS. Last year was happen the same thing and few days later every code worked.

Already send one support ticket btw.

Crap, I have a couple 400 point codes, about a month old. Hope they still work.
I also hope we get another 20 point search month.

400pts codes are fine - today i was able to redeem one. Just 100MSP ones have this problem.

I have a 400 point code that I've had sitting around for a few days. I entered it since you guys are having problems. It's invalid as well. I sent an inquiry to Bing customer service about it.

IATCG, I though you only had a PS3. Why do you get MSP's?

I can't redeem my 100MSP code either...support ticket sent.

Damn I have close to 80x100 bing points I've saved over the months of using bing. I hope they'll fix this.

what is going on with Bing this month...? Literally every day I've done searches this month I have had the same problem as a lot of people where the counter doesn't work properly. Whether it's eating points, not keep track correctly, or just numbers changing randomly. And on more than one occasion had issues with redeeming ms points.

anyone have any clue how long it'll take Bing to fix the broken codes? I've got no points and need some before Tuesday for Worms. if anyone has a spare 400 point code, would you be interested in trading that for 4 100 point codes that will be given as soon as Bing e-mails me back? (likely after Tuesday ugh) I just don't wanna miss out on Worms

Dang it, I got the "please enter a valid code" problem too! :( Who should I send a support ticket to, Bing, Xbox, or both?

Xbox support seems the way to go. Just hit up their chat and they'll send your info to a tier 3 w/e they're called

Damn, I also got knocked down to 15 points per day.

My codes for MSP were invalid. All of the codes seem to be invalid the past couple of days. I have emailed Bing customer support, they have been pretty good about helping me in the past. No reply as of yet but its the weekend. My advice would be to not try to redeem any points until further notice.

Yup, because the promotion they had ended the last day of June.

Having valid code problems as well. Still getting 44 points a day on my first account, though when I click on the search button for it and it brings me to the terms of use. I can still enable the searching manually though. Site must be bugging up.

Y'all shouldn't feel so bad about 15/day. I got bumped up from 8 to 10. :-/
