Got all of my MSP today...just in time for Countdown to 2013 too.

Wait a minute...so you use google for all your services but you use Bing to get points...so you're really not using Bing for anything other than to spam points from microsoft...but that's not cheating as you are legitimately using the program for what it was intended for right?

As long as he's not breaking the ToS of course it's legitimate, derpderp. He does what is required to earn the points...how is that "cheating"?

Real world example: I have a Super America rewards card but I only go there for the breakfast sandwich 1000 bonus rewards points deal. I buy the required amount of merchandise, they give me the points. Later in the day I gas up at Costco or Holiday. Am I "cheating" Super America because I only bought the breakfast sandwiches for points and didn't buy gas from them (which has no bonus points attached to it)? Of course not.

I hope they send my msp soon, it's been 2 days and these sales are looking good.

If everyone was like that guy, or you, and did this, then these programs wouldn't exist as it would impair the programs primary function (which is in the ToS).

How would I go about creating a second account? Does it share the pool of points or does it start over?

You do realize that most of us are like him, right? I don't use Bing for anything but the Rewards. There's no rule saying we must use it or IE for everything if we are using the program. The point of the Rewards is to get people to use Bing and raise their search numbers just like Club Bing did.

That guy made me pee myself then i felt sad for him... muhaha people lacking basic common sense is so spreading fast run for the hills.

I set Bing as the search engine on my main acct, it's just easier. The only thing I don't like about Bing is the way it handles the image search, other than that I'm cool w/ it.

Anyone know why my points randomly drop after I'm done searching for the day? I ended today with 425 and all of a sudden it dropped to 410

I chalk it up to some minor glitch or code problem. It always fixes itself the next day.

So yeah.....Bing closed some of my accounts.


I'm almost positive that too many redemptions in a short amount of time and/or getting stuff on Fridays plays a big role.

How many accounts did you have? Also, which accounts were closed? My wife and I have a joint account, and I have my own personal account tied to Xbox Live. However, I didn't realize that you could have up to 5 accounts in a household, so I created 3 new ones today. If this were to ever happen to me, I wouldn't want my main and joint accounts closed...

yea i try not to redeem anything on the same day.

^ well that sucks... i've redeemed over 1000 msp in the last 5 days... including 600 msp in one day
