me also, i ordered some sunday, i still havent recieved them at all. i usually get them in a day

I got downgraded to 1 point for every 2 searches for a max of 16 points a day. I find getting the special offers to work nearly impossible though.

i've been at 1 point every 5 searches for 10 points a day the whole time, so don't be complaining.

I ordered mine on October 13th.

I'm still waiting for mine; from September 22nd.
And a few from early in October (500 MSPoints total)

Man, this reminds me of why Firefox > Explorer. OH MY GOD it is so slow, and it has like no add on support. I can't stand seeing all these ads, much less the slowdown. Not including the extra crap IE8 installed which runs in the background.

Bing isn't really even helping. I still like Google better.

I wish I could just purchase 100 MSP, but no, Microsoft doesn't allow anything under 100. -_-

Im using IE9, so I dont really mind using IE for a few minutes.

I have 2 accounts that are still getting points. One account is waiting on points from 2 weeks at least.

I got the same exact message as well. Pretty lame considering the current offer said it would expire December 31st or something like that.

Is there any way to work around this?

Considering that the requirements for the rewards program include multiple constantly running services and processes and that the whole damn thing stinks like malware they could at least dish out the rewards in a timely/consistent manner.

My account started out receiving them within a day or two but it varies wildly now. My friend also signed up and he's received 100 points with about 400 or so pending and it has been weeks.

It's all completely random and utterly frustrating. My buddy is so pissed that he just gave me the point code and said I could have the rest as well as he's uninstalled everything.

ive said it 3 or 4 times but im still waiting on 400 msp going back to almost september.......eh, i still keep doing it, sometimes i get em the same or next day, other times i don't get them at all. still free MSP, but i bet i get my 800 from the october promotion first....

I did give up on my secondary account tho.

Why do you guys get so many points per day? I got taken down from a Max of 8 points per day to 6 points per day.

I'm still doing the program because 6 points per day * 30 days = 180 points per month + 30 points per week of special offers * 4 weeks = 120 points per month so I am getting a total of 300 points per month which is a decent amount of free MSP but if they lower it again, I'm not sure it's going to be worth it.

yea they said they needed time to review my issue.

Between my 2 accounts I have 900 something reward points, I have a third I haven't been keeping up with cuz it's a pain to do the searches on my netbook, it takes too long ;(
