Still nothing from my Sept. 22/October orders.
Just checked the last email they sent me appears to be even be a bad copy paste. Since they start with my name, then use some other guy's name and at the end there were a few question marks between words. :/

Ordered 5 Amazon $5 GC's and 1 x 100 MSP last week 11/8 and received confirmation on 5 of 6 orders. I had been receiving MSP's within a week previously but now it looks as though I'm in the same situation as everyone else. Hopefully they'll come through but hey it's all free so it's worth the 5-10 minutes it takes to do the searches on all my accounts.

I'm starting to wonder if they are reading this thread.

After my post, I received another email basically the same, but with my name instead of the other guy's name and a slightly different wording, reminding me that they are still looking into it.

Cool in any case, thet the employee at least haven't forgotten about it.

No response yet....maybe tomm or wednesday....sigh

oh good, at least its not just me not getting points..

A quick update to my above post, received 4 of 5 my Amazon GC's today after 8 days, but didn't get 1 order of MSP.

So there's still hope.......I'm just hoping for the Amazon gift cards to come through.

Put in 3 orders for 100 MSP each 4 days ago and still nothing. Hopefully I will get them by then end of the week, but such is life when dealing with freebies.

Almost been 2 weeks, no word on my 300MSP :(

Still no response, and now I have 141 bing points, they did send me a survey yesterday.....they didn't get a good raiting from me because of their slow response time.

Maybe I should oder something else....sigh, all I want is ms points though.

I have only had issues recently with the MS Points. I have ordered around 10 100pt codes and received all of them. My last order was two weeks ago and only received my confirmation. The order before that was over a month ago and I only received 3 out of the 4 points. Odd because the missing order was #3 of 4, which means I got the ones before AND after that. It's just too difficult to navigate the help site for contacting someone regarding 100 MS points. I figure it's taking longer now because of an increase in users.

Question: I'm down to 16pts per day (32 searches) and then 30pts in offers each week. That's 142 points. How is everyone else doing? I see some people ordering multiple Amazon cards. I figure I'll get the MS points up to the max of 30 since I will use them anyway.

I get 6 points per day for 30 searches and 30 points in bonus offers on Sunday. Consider yourself lucky.

I currently get a max of 144 points per week, down from 172. And yeah, if you're going to use the MS Points, they're a much better point to dollar ratio. Of course with the holidays coming up, Amazon credit might be more useful to some people.

I have 8 different accounts.
1) 6 (2 searches) 3 point offers
2) 12 (5), 12
3) 12 (5), 12
4) 12 (5), 12
5) 20 (1), 0
6) 12 (5), 12
7) 10 (2), 3
8) 10 (2), 3

My one 6 point account started at 12, dropped to 8, then to 6. All my 12 point accounts were at 16, my 20 point lost the bonuses, and my 10's were originally 12's with 6 point bonuses

I've ordered a total of 5 Amazon $5 GC's and 10 100 point codes on all my accounts. I got started a bit late, otherwise I think I could have gotten a lot more.

yep, my last order has seemed to vanish into the ether as well. After/if it comes in I am done, uninstalling. Got lots of free points from it, though, especially with the spend 2400/get 800 deal last month.

Meh I don't think I'll uninstall it ever. My computer seems to run just fine. Hopefully Bing gets back on the ball and gets these codes back out. I'm holding onto my points until then I think. I have 2 orders out and thats it until this situation is resolved.

I have not even been keeping up with my searches since they stopped sending the codes out.

It works great when it works (had to reinstall several times due to glitches, and thus became a bit of a time sink). I realized with the backlog I don't need more add-ons or games. BUT it did get me Plants Vs Zombies and (soon) Scott Pilgrim for free, so there is plenty of value to the system.

I got a question; I signed up even though I'm not a U.S. citizen, and I just used my old address back when I was living in Cali. I know I'll never be able to redeem physical prizes because I don't live there anymore, but seeing as how the Microsoft Points are emailed electronically, I signed up and ordered two sets. Will they still come?
