I pre-ordered ModNation Racers from them when they had it at $39.99 earlier this year and they ended up shipping mine. I must've been one of the few that did I guess. I remember them having it for the same price in-store around release day too so I figured it wasn't a price mistake.

With that said, a game for $29.99 versus $39.99 definitely seems more like a price mistake. Here's to hoping they let these fly through. If not, no worries.

Also, it wouldn't take my American Express, but did accept my Visa. This has happened to me in the past when ordering from them.

They shipped my ModNation Racers to me for $40. I didn't know that others were canceled. Well, I bit for LA Noire on PS3. This is game is gonna be crazy and for $30 (if possible), that's a steal.

I ended up getting my copy of Mod Nation @ $40, so I'll give this a shot as well. Worse they can do is cancel my order.

They finally caught on at gohastings, OOS now, let the order cancellations begin.

Out of stock may not be the most correct term to use, but any store should be able to anticipate how many copies they will receive on and around release and should stop accepting pre-orders accordingly.

That was very nice of them to honor the price considering some people said on previous price errors they canceled the orders. Now I'm even more excited that this is confirmed and for such a good price!

Just got the "We're gonna honor it email" for the 360 version!

I wasn't even sure that I wanted LA Noire when I ordered, but the last vid that came out about the tech behind the cutscenes has me drooling for it. Not coming till Fall of next year sadly
