If you have a GS that is run by a manager that follows the letter of the law, any unsold CE that was reserved is available for free sell starting on Friday morning, unless someone called and asked if it was held a little later for financial reasons.

There's always some butthurt people making comments with broad-sweeping statements like in this article.

I think the review embargo is likely to be Tuesday, though we'll probably see some inking out later Monday evening. Since Europe gets it on the 9th, we won't see any advance reviews from there.

The thing to me about the whole gay-Shepard discussion is, there was really nothing actually preventing you from role-playing as a gay male Shepard in ME1 and 2. It was just that there didn't happen to be any males on the ship who were interested in a gay relationship with Shepard. It may be a subtle distinction, but being gay =/= actually being in a romantic relationship at any given moment.

That said, I think it's fantastic that people who want to role-play a gay male Shepard will get some options for an actual male-male relationship this time around.

There should be a bisexual path. Threesome with Miranda and another guy.

I was hoping to be able to romance Ashley as femshep this time around but alas, it looks like I won't be able to. :(

why is gay discussion in spoilers? lol not like its a new development especially for Bioware. I remember the HUGE controversy about the sex scene in general in ME1 and for the first time in FOREVER stood up and clapped at the TV when Adam Sessler gave his bit on it.. for those that want to relive its awesome, here ya go!

I think IGN gets to release theirs on Friday. Their review in progress is up.

Well... after getting some clarification on the endings of this game I'm having a comfortable chair and plenty of fresh popcorn on standby for the delicious drama that will undoubtedly ensue in the coming weeks.

Remember when Fox ran that piece about Mass Effect and calling the Xbox the Sex-box? I got an Entertainment Weekly sent to my house a few weeks ago and on the cover was something about Vampire Diaries and there was a chick in her underwear on the freaking cover. It's a family magazine!!! God forbid you get a blue digitized alien ass for 2 seconds out of 50+ hours of gameplay though...

Based on what little I know of the ending, it seems a lot of people have unrealistic expectations as to how this could be resolved. That doesn't mean it can't be done well though.

Nice. Definitely spoilers though. You learn a new main quest task and see some new enemies.
