I swear this shit has been the DOTD at least three times in the past month.

Trophy hunters beware, you need two mats for the platinum.

Crap, looked at price history on the first one at Amazon and didn't think they would beat Newegg that quick--especially with the heart monitor. Just a couple bucks, but still.

Wow, they are really pushing hard for these Active 2(s)! Game isn't even 2 months old. Too bad its supposed to suck for Kinect. Whats weird is that there are probably a ton of copies of part one for the Wii still out there, those boxes should be a DotD for like $19.99..

Sucks that it dropped this low this fast. I picked up one for myself just before X-mas when they had it for $60 and now it drops to $48. Live and learn I suppose.

I picked it up for $60 as well. for a friend Oh well, still worth it.

As for the Wii version, if you're really gonna use it, then EA2 > EA1 by at least $50. So unless the first bundle is free, don't get it.

My GF got this for Christmas and it's a great game. Much improved over the first. If anyone is interested, I'd buy it.

For those who have it for PS3 WITHOUT the Move, can you verify if this is true or not?

"If you play it with PS3 without the move system it is the same as watching a dvd program. You LOSE the movement feedback. I suggest that if you do not want to use movement control then you would be better off just buying one of the many exercise CD's or DVD's and forget about a console system. The advantage of the movement control is that you get feedback when you need corrections on your posture and speed. You will get some benefit doing the exercises improperly but you will lose the full advantage of the "training coach" that full motion control provides."

Also, can this game be played two-player if a second set of sensors are bought?

It doesn't use the move. It comes with its own motion equipment.

I have it for 360 and it doesn't suck for Kinect as long as you have the space for it. Yeah, it can lose you on some exercises, so you just have to remember to stand up so it can see you before each exercise. I've gone through the 3-week cardio kickstart program twice now and recommend the game. The variety and groupings of workouts will make you sore.

Yeah the graphics suck and the interface isn't as cool as Your Shape, but it seems much more organized to me.

CD6405 is correct. And whatever "trusted source" you heard that from should never be utilized again.

It says it supports a second set of sensors, but the only way at the moment to get them is to get another full version of the game.

All said, the PS3 is the best version of the software out of the box. Complaints all over on the 360 and the PS3 version has more activities to perform than the Wii version.

The PS3 version does NOT use the Move. Check it.

Myself, I just bought the Kinect version and I like it. The main thing is that even though it has less excersices than the other versions, it does track you well on most (but not all) excersices and it makes you do them properly. Started using it Friday, an I am sore in some spots already. Can't wait to try the full 9-week program. Good fitness game for Kinect, I would recommend it at this price.

Paid $60 for it, and just used it for the first time today. Luckily, it's completely defective. Returning that one for a refund and I ordered a new one today. Thanks OP!

Actually Amazon operates based on Pacific time so their site updates at 12AM PST. I'm on the east coast so it updates at 3AM EST for me.
