Wow - 22/24 have to be returned! That's crazy.

My biggest problem with them is that when you order a 2 disc game, it always comes in a 1 disc case even if you get the insert and manual. They can't get generic 2 disc cases?

I overheard a GS employee telling a lady purchasing a PS2 about this the other day. I don't remember the details but apparently it is a limited time offer on consoles. If there was a warranty card included I would fill it out, otherwise just hold on to the receipt.

Cant use GIFTSHIP With B2G1 what a ripoff...and now NFS is OOS again. I am getting so pissed at this BS, I feel like i am getting shafted right now. I'm ready to say screw this and just buy one game.

I ended up getting Read Dead + Undead Nightmare + Medal of Honor (All 360) for $29 with my $40 Gift card so it was really $69... I dont feel completely ripped off but i still feel like someone owes me dinner

Did you try SAVER? It worked the other day for me in conjunction with B2G1FREE.

These B2G1 sales always bite me in the ass because there are only 2 games I want and they are never in stock.

GameStop has their act together lately, 3/3 of my games arrived in mint condition. They even used Priority Mail.

I'm surprised that the prices on the games were actually low.usually the price is hiked before the sale. Black ops for only $39.90 is damn good for a newr game

I've been shopping with them a lot lately.thet have been decent.

I lucked out on the 3 Wii games I ordered thru the web site on Xmas Day. Got full, mint copies of New Super Mario Bros, Donkey Kong Country Returns, and Mario Kart Wii - manuals and cases like new.

Actually, upon reflection, I'm very happy with my order (three copies of AC:B for the 360). They came with near-mint cases and manuals, and despite the disks being scuffed up, they were about the condition I've come to expect with any used game from Gamestop. The stickers peeled off easily and didn't leave any infamous sticker residue. If I hadn't had any issues in the past with their used games, I would really think very highly of them, and even now I've found that I actually really appreciated this transaction, including a rather pleasant call to their customer service about my shipping.

Anybody having issues with Gamestop online orders? It keeps telling me that there is something wrong with my billing info and that it won't let me place any orders. But i've changed both my credit cards, and tried to use my credit.

Thoughts?

Got my 3 games today. None of them came with inserts or manual, obviously, but I don't mind that because they got rid of that ugly generic artwork they used to use. Problem was, Shining Force NEO accidentally had the disk for Shining Force EXA inside instead. So they said they're shipping me out a replacement. Sheer luck that Gamestop's customer service is the best in the world.

ordered Metro 2033, Spiderman, and Brotherhood. Severely disappointed....Spiderman and Brotherhood both didnt have the cover art and manuals. definitely returning them when I get my second order
