Is the deal dead? Just tried checking ea store and doesn't seem like anything's on sale, and I don't get free shipping when adding stuff to my cart and going to checkout...

Guys, just got done talking to support chat. They didnt give me 25% for my birthday but they gave me a 20% off code. Funny thing is, is its 20$ off and not 20%.

It's ok.. I probably wouldn't have either..

I had stuff sitting in my cart, refreshed, everything looked good (although Dead Space 1 was now backordered).

Placed the order, everything looks good.

Got the confirmation email with order number. And in the Customer Service section of the website, my order appears (as do past orders).

Everything went well so far.

Skate 3 is really tempting at $20. There might be things I've missed, but I haven't seen a deal better than that yet.

It turns out I can also provide a $10 Gamestop code on top of my costume offer if that gets me anywhere..

This 20$ off code works for preorders, but 6.99 shipping hurts. Thinking of getting ME1 (PC) and ME3 (360) for 54$ total but may wait on it. My PC cant run Dragon Age or ME2, and I dont really want the console versions but that Dragon Age UE looks tempting.

Damn, I just bought Dante's Inferno from Amazon as part of the B2G1 free sale, ahhh well.

this may be a dumb question, but how do i find the chat support? I can find the email feature but not the chat. My bday was like 2 months ago and they never sent me a code.

It can be days. I remember when I got Madden I even emailed support a couple of times and the said they were just waiting to authenticate credit cards. Prolly to give them some time to evaluate and cancel orders they don't want to fulfill. The EA ordering process is terrible.
