I can't believe I didn't notice the sale earlier. I was hoping to grab Dante's Inferno for $10, and possibly Dragon Age Origins Ultimate, but I guess I'll just have to wait.

Browsing through my e-mails it seems the EA store does similar promos frequently through the year so we should see something similar soon.

I got Medal of Honor, Sabotuer, and MMA.

got a last minute dante's inferno.

i eyed it earlier today but hesitated and then realized they take paypal (i get survey $ on there) and pulled the trigger at the last minute.

Or maybe she understood completely what you were trying to pull. Do you seriously think you are entitled to an extra coupon when they already have 50% off + free shipping? EA codes have always been sporadic as to who gets them. I'm surprised this one was so wide open.

So I had two $20 credits with EA.. I used one earlier and picked up two games.. total$0

Decided to go back and grab Need for Speed Hot Pursuit at $29.97 -$20 = $9.97 with the other one and flip it to Amazon for trade in of $30 or FYE for even more. Had the game in my car ready to checkout.. went to my email to look for the damn code haha and the time ran out right as I clicked apply. Went back to full price sooo I called EA back to see if something could be done. It was literally 7:02 when I got a rep. He said unfortunately he couldn't change the price but could offer a $20 coupon. I told him I had one to use already and asked him could I possibly get a $30 code to even the price out to what it would have been...

Put me on hold for a sec to see what he could do .. told me he'd give me two more $20 codes for future purchases for the inconvenience .. how perfect is that?

I prefer Amazon like the guy above because of the preorder bonuses and items so if someone wants to trade or get one of mine as well let me know. (3) available

Was going to get bulletstorm on EA but they don't have the special bonuses and only standard edition so I'm leaning towards Amazon again

I would have preferred ME2 on PS3, but full price vs $10? I am a CAG, after all!

What kind of stupid ass decision is it to run a sale like this on an off day before people get home from work? Seriously, it's like they did it on purpose to make sure that most people couldn't take advantage of it. A real dick move.

I received my order confirmation not too long after I made the order

Reluctantly bought Dragon Age Origins, Ultimate Edition.

Don't know if I'll like it.

I ended up picking up Dragon Age: Ultimate for PS3. I had a problem with my computer and placed 2 orders, but only paid for one. I wanted to make sure I wasn't gonna get charged a second one. So I chatted with the Rep and he canceled the second order. While i was at it, I asked him about the birthday coupon. He gave me a 20% off code so I can use it on my next order. I tried it out to see if it was 20% or $20, and it's invalid...lol. I guess I will have to contact them before I place my next order...

Jade Empire is still my favorite Bioware game. Everyday I wish for a second part. Loved that freaking game!

yep, I mean this thread was started at 4AM EST, and it ended at 7PM EST. plenty of time to get in, unless you're working 18 hour shifts or something. I just laugh at the fact that someone thinks this was an intentional move to screw people over. Yes, because they hate money that badly...

Was going back and forth about picking up couple 10 dollar games and decided not to. Still have huge back log of games from all the sales at the end of the year.
