This search bar is a powerful tool for navigating CAG. You can use it to find the lowest prices on games, trade-in values, search members, forum and blog topics, and much more.
After searching for a game title, click the
icon to pop-up a window with pricing information.
After typing in what you are looking for, you can filter your results by clicking on one of the tabs that pops up from the top of the search bar.
Looking for a game on a specific platform? Type in the platform name with the title!
Example: guitar hero 360
You don't need to click a pop-up tab to filter results. Just type what you are looking for right into the search bar.
Example: gears of war prices
Example: ninjatown review

Man, I'd sure like the Vita in the Database.
Now would be a good enough time if any to add it.

Looking at the DQVIII page that remains, the original page that was made first was deleted, which doesn't make any sense. Unless it was poorly made and full of errors, I don't see any reason that the duplicate should be kept over the original when it only serves to hurt the people who have added those games to their collections and won't be able to easily figure out what this empty entry used to be.

dfg what exactly did you search for to figure that out? I have 8 games that are blank in my collection now and I came here looking for answers. I'm pissed because I just checked all my games about a month ago to make sure that I had everything listed that I own.

The ones I listed above had results, and those others didn't return anything via Google, the Wayback Machine, or any other search engine I could think of. It's great that we can download a CSV of our collections, but there's no field for the dbID#. I guess I could compare against an older version, but that would be really tedious, especially since previous CSV is over a year old. I wonder if the person who maintains the database is able to check the records and let us know what was deleted. Pretty please? |

Ok thanks, I got a few of them.
1444 not found 9051 was 9558 was :dc: MDK 2 10649 was 14376 was :gbc: Pokemon Crystal 15440 was :nes: Super Mario Bros 3 510239 was 510241 was Totally agree with FriskyTanuki. Now I have to re-add a game to my database that was just created 2 days ago, instead of an entry that was probably created before back towards the time of the games release. weird. |

Through some tedious spreadsheet manipulation, I've deduced that two of the nuked games from my collection (but I can't tell which #) were The Sims 2 University (PC) and Xenosaga 1 (PS2).
Curiously, Xenosaga 1 has no duplicate entry, unless I'm missing something. |

Dragon Quest IV DS seems to have suffered the same fate (1729).

I rolled back some of the game deletions that failed to merge, but as a result you'll probably notice that some of the dupe records are back. It should have fixed the problem with collection records lacking names though - let me know if there are any that we missed.
