Was hoping a Cag could help with a quick Excel 2010 question.

What is the best way to post an Excel Spreadsheet to a forum or web without losing the formating? I saw that it might work by viewing the sheet as a web page first then copying and pasting but not even sure where the option to view as a web page is in Excel 2010. Any help would be appreciated......

Use Open Office and throw Excel in the garbage.

Other option would be to just save it as a PDF file if you're just looking to present information to somebody in a file that wouldn't be intended for constant editing/updating.

Thanks I'll check it out. Is it easier to use Open Office for web purposes?

yeah, if it isn't going to get edited in any way and just needs to be a static item on a web page, PDF is the way to go.
